Blacklight Social (“BLS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) currently offers limited physical shipments related to branded merchandise, promotional materials, and special event items. As an experiential entertainment concept focused on immersive social venues, most of our services are delivered in person rather than through physical shipping.
1. Shipping Availability
At this time, Blacklight Social ships merchandise and promotional items within the United States only. International shipping may be introduced in the future as our brand and product offerings expand.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, special launches, or promotional events.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard shipping delivery times generally range from 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier availability.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Blacklight Social is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. From time to time, Blacklight Social may offer free or promotional shipping as part of special campaigns.
5. Order Issues & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@blacklightsocial.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Blacklight Social is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
