At Blacklight Social (“BLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we aim to provide memorable, immersive, and positive experiences for our guests. This Return & Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for tickets, experiences, and merchandise.
1. Experiences, Tickets & Event Purchases
All ticketed experiences, event passes, reservations, memberships, and admission fees are final sale, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Because our experiences involve limited capacity, scheduled programming, staffing, and venue preparation:

Missed events or no-shows are not eligible for refunds
2. Event Changes or Cancellations by Blacklight Social
If Blacklight Social cancels or reschedules an event due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

Store credit

A refund to the original payment method
Refunds, if issued, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
3. Merchandise Returns
Returns apply only to physical merchandise purchased directly from Blacklight Social.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

4. Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution, but typically appear within 7–14 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
At this time, Blacklight Social does not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return an item and place a new order.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or denial of future purchases.
